Location: Dry open woods and meadows.

Season: Late summer, fall

Flower:  5 regular parts, tiny dull white flowers in loose, terminal clusters

Leaves: Leaves stalkless, pointed ovals with many sharp teeth.  Stems hairy (more or less).   2-5' high.
